Why is OP talking about this like it's a bad thing?

They're being quite nice and generous, at expense to... practically nothing, because everyone will keep grinding tickets in all events to come anyway. Deserves praise really 🤶

Don't get me wrong, it's nice for those people who missed out, I don't begrudge them catching up. But it removes any exclusivity it might of had. Add this to the fact people will be able to earn a whopping 5 tickets a day for 15 days. So 75 possible tickets. It's going to be easy mode for them.

Its not exclusive though because the only reason they dont have the mount is because they werent here. A mount that is widely available to a large( everyone) population has zero exclusivity especially when the mounts are not even special enough for a good chunk of the population to even bother messing with them or ride them. Its a rare day i see someone on a indrik of any sort.

Apex mounts are exclusive. Indriks are like a sorrel horse that people didnt actually bother to spend 10k gold on.

This year next year 2 years from now whats it matter they was going to make sure new players could get these mounts just be happy damn id hate to be around you in rl you must be bad at accepting nice things in your life
