Most abilities scale at 1sp = 10.5 mag and can crit.
Off the top of my head I don’t think there’s an exception for any channeled abilities. There are lots of exceptions but just not to anything channeled.Looking for any guildies I used to play with:
Havoc Warhammer - Alair
LoC EQ2 - Mayi and Iskiab
PRX and Tabula Rasa - Rift - Iskiab
Or anyone else I used to play games with in guilds I’ve forgotten1
