Every single day now for a week I get this approximately from 21:00 GMT+2 - https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22414 does nothing to resolve the problem.

Does anyone one have some suggestions for some quality alternatives for me to play?

Here's how you fix it. All you have to do is download a new launcher. You might think you're going to download the entire game again, but since it's already installed on your computer, it will just update your game and make it work again. And make sure you start the launcher as adminRemove loot boxes or riot0
