Why can't/won't you fix the BGs and other ongoing bugs?!?!

I love this game and I think the customer service is top notch. However, everytime I que for BGs it is constantly dealing with the same BS problems over and over. uneven groups, terrible matchups, etc...The game has been out for how long? Does ZOS completely not care about this aspect or is it really that complicated to fix? Its just frustrating as hell to keep dealing with the same BS issues when they are constantly adding content (why not fix what you have first!) This actually goes for so many other aspects of the game too. I'm just irritated right now, I already know the standard responses, I just wanted to vent.

    The BG bugs mean I log in, do some writs and just get bored and switch off if my queue takes longer than 15 mins. Which is all too common!

    Issues like these aren't just fixed over a weekend. There are so many systems involved, lots of man hours, and the original team of developers, network engineers, server dudes, etc who were there at launch, are probably not even there. Who knows how many people they actually have employed these days to work on these issues, or even how high or low it is on the priority totem pole.

    Not every problem YOU think is the most important, is actually the most important.

    They're incapable of fixing any of these issues without hiring more actual professionals, that's been made abundantly clear. What's also been made clear, is that these gamebreaking issues aren't any particular concern to them so long as the money is flowing in, so they won't be hiring anyone because god forbid they reinvest money into the game's infrastructure when they can simply milk people who refuse to understand why you don't keep paying someone who consistently doesn't provide the service you're supposed to be paying for.

    Yeah, they aren't going to be fixed over a weekend, but how many YEARS is it going to take to fix?

    The only solution will be an #ESO2 and that's it. The original devs aren't around, and nobody can fix it anymore. That's how most MMOs are made. Tamriel and Nirn deserve an undying MMO that keeps getting new releases 2.0 3.0 and so on. Keep up with tech. B)

    I got to the point that I only logged in to play battlegrounds. Cyrodil lag made that part of the game unenjoyable. when battlegrounds broke I unsubscribed and uninstalled the game. Oh well.
