How long more will terrible players be able to survive forever thanks to one set? How many more 1vx'es will be ruined?
This set has way too much uptime for what it does, its literally 50% uptime on godmode buff, any player with half a braincell wont ever die with this in a 1v1 or xv1. Absurd how this hasnt been nerfed to uselessness yet like many other things that werent nearly as strong.

It would seem to matter little what that Zergling wears. The set would not have the opportunity to proc as the zerg mowed over a character.3 -

Its a bis set for terrible players who want to avoid getting 1vx'd, with any other set they would die easily. Its even worse on a competent zergling that can do some damage and then go invincible when he gets pressured. A huge carry set like this should not exist.5 -

Smh...this set is not used by people who want to fight outnumbered or have a well rounded build, its used by zerglings and trolls who want to xv1, stalemate 1v1's and never get 1vx'd because without that set they do on a constant basis.
How many more times will i have to explain this.1 -

Maybe making it purgable could be a good step in the right direction with it though that Wouldn’t be enough

Make it proc on everybody in a x radius after blocking for 5 seconds but then have a 15 second cooldown, could even add this cool aoe light effect. Would be a decent, maybe even good set but wouldn't give you godmode like it is rn in 1v1 and xv1.

The durations, radius and cool downs could do with some testing but otherwise that’s a pretty damn good idea

If you want to farm AP run in smallscale group... and for mighty 1vXer it shouldn't be a problem to burst down "zergling" in 2-3 seconds during fear or knockback before he even tries to use block.8 -

Sneakers✭✭✭I have to agree with OP, a set that inflicts something unpurageable on someone else that completly removes their capacity is quite "strong". I mean what is the counterplay?
In theory, you could use dual wield BRP (30% mitigation and 25% aoe dmg reduction) to survive on ur backbar healing bar.
Still have meridias as a 5/5 armor and turtle up tight.
NMA as jewelry + weapon on frontbar.
Balorgh as monster set.
Then you survive forever until you have 500 ulti and drop you ulti combo meanwhile completly shutting down any burst attempt of your opponent.
As soon as he burst on you, you will block and with certainy that proc will go off and during 5s you can heal A LOT, even hit mobs for more ulti gain during the fight. Biding your time.
What happens if two players have this combo? It would break the game.

For sake of objectivity, I guess if two players have this combo and fight until one dies(of old age) it COULD come down to who can sustain blocking (stamina) for longest periods over time while healing and attacking. Then again in 5s you can regain quite a lot of stamina (depending on class).
A sorc spamming dark deal 5 times (during 5s of blinding) can regain 3500 stam x 5 + ~2000 stam every 2s from regular sustain (maybe pops a pot for 10k stam as well).

Yeah only if you're a templar lol, dk, sorc and nb dont have a purge, wardens have a 1gcd 1effect purge which by the time it would purge it the effect would already end, necros have a purge yeah but most builds don't run it.1 -

Well you cant reason like that.
If you can slot purge, wich every class can then you can counterplay it. There is a counter.
Now that only 0.1% runs this troll set makes it a tough choice I can appriciate that but thats how it is. 10 slots 50 useable skills, which will you pick.
If you were running into 90% of these trolls then you would slot a purge and destroy them easily once their block sillyness is done you purge and continue to finish them.
Also I dont think purge should be reduced in magicka cost, since it is in some way a checker that keeps a stamina build HONEST in the same way a magicka build require stamina for rolls/block/break free. Same thing it keeps your build honest.Edited by Sneakers on December 18, 2019 1:38PM4 -

Spartabunny08✭✭✭✭Tank perspective here, do not run meridias in open world pvp if you want to stay alive. Tried it, only very few moments is it viable. Totally better setups, my current setup would watch the tank wearing meridias die and come back and die again.0

Iron blood, impregnable and bloodspawn all block cost infused jewelry, block on armor and if you like warden works really great on those. 3 people will never kill you lol. Used to take a whole zerg for this build but alas they nerfed block cost a while back so. It gets real funny when this build runs into pug groups and 10+ try like hell to kill you and just scratch your armor lol.1 -
Spartabunny08✭✭✭✭If you truly want to become invincible I have something else. Argonian stam blade. 5 med 2 heavy. Fortified brass, darloc brae and bloodspawn. At least one bow on your cloaking side, 2H on other side if you want to do damage. If not go bow/bow. 3 swift jewelry with wpn damage glyph. You can achieve around 33,900 resistance, massive speed and can just leave whenever you wish. Lmao this build is fun.2

Takes them some time but resources are your main issue. With the CC problems sometimes you get perma stunned to death other times depending on their skill level you may be able to kite them enough to make it so they can't kill you. But either way they earn killing this tank. You will stand your ground and live until you can no longer heal or you run out of stam can't block and poof...lol no tank is unkillable anymore.0
