Continually lagging or disconnecting when trying to fight a dragon. No quest progress or reward

I either have a lot of lag, die randomly, or disconnect altogether when trying to fight a dragon. Happened 5 times tonight. Download speeds seem fine, I believe its happening eso server side.

Frequent disconnects could also be related to using a dynamic IP address. Please verify whether or not you are using a static ip address and make sure to use a wired internet connection if possible.
