Horse dismount area outside of Jode's Embrace

Minor yet annoying bug, the area just outside of Jode's Embrace dismounts you and you can't mount even though it is open space in the North Elsweyr map. :-)

YES! Every time I ride past this house, I forget about this area and get dismounted. It's so frustrating!
