Crashing to log in screen

Since the last patch this past Monday, I am crashing frequently to the ESO log in screen.

I am running a repair/verify procedure on the files through the launcher.

If this does not work, I was considering re-downloading the client in it's entirely. What is the easiest way to do this?

Update: The repair did not work. Still crashing to the ESO login screen a lot.

I will try these steps. Thank you.

But I think I mischaracterized it as a crash, rather the game starts to get unresponsive and suddenly I am at the login screen.

No crash report, it just logs me out of the game.

Still happening. And I am also still having the issue described in this thread.

Thank you for the update and letting us know you've encountered an additional issue. At this point I'd recommend opening a ticket with customer support if you've not done so.
