I've looked in numerous store and online but I can't find a way to give someone Crowns for PC as a gift, just PS and XBox. Is there no way to gift crowns for PC?

Did you check Gamestop online? I've purchased crowns this way a couple of times in the past, and it looks like it's still possible.
