I can’t combine Welknyar motifs

I have more than 10 Welknyar motifs but can’t combine them. It keeps saying I need at least 10, which I have.

✭✭✭✭✭Do you have 10 bindings or 10 fragments? You need 1 Welkynar binding to combine 10 Welkynar fragments into 1 Welkynar motif page. It is all rather convoluted and confusing!0 -

✭✭✭✭✭You have 10 Bindings and not 10 Motif Fragments. Both belong to the "Recipe Fragment" item type. You need 1 binding and 10 motif fragments to make a motif page.
One Binding is rewarded for completing weekly repeatable quest "Woe of the Welkynars".
Motif fragments drop from Z'Maja.- 1 for nCR+3
- 2 for vCR+0
- 4 for vCR+1
- 6 for vCR+2
- 10 for vCR+3

Titain✭✭✭Individual chapters can be crafted by collecting ten Welkynar Style Motif Fragments which can be obtained by killing Z'Maja in Cloudrest on Veteran mode, or on Normal mode with all of her Welkynar Shade allies present. The harder the fight, the more motif fragments will drop.
Next a Welkynar Binding is required to combine the ten fragments into a random chapter. You can earn a Welkynar Binding once a week by completing Woe of the Welkynars.
Alternatively, the entire book can be currently bought in the Crown Store for 6000 crowns.0
