Did they get rid of Minor Resolve?

Does it still? I was just looking at it now because I was going to give seventh legion a try. Minor resolve used to be on spammables which would have been nice. Just cause Major resolve is on skills that don't need to be recast every 10 seconds.

what spammable used to have it? stone fist? there was no spammable with minor resolve. or was that Reflective Scale either way, there was not ever a spammable damage ability that had minor resolve.Edited by OG_Kaveman on December 14, 2019 4:11PM0 -

Ransack might not be as much a spammable but I was just thinking it would be worth using in a rotation for the debuff on top of the seventh legion up time if it had minor resolve still. I think stone fist is supposed to be a spammable now, even though it feels clunky when I tried it but again it might have been worth trying again if it added uptime to seventh. Really I was just brainstorming a concept and noticed it was taken off allot of skills now.0 -
