Does minor slayer and minor berserker stack? (5% + 8%)

Okay so, I'm trying to get good at PvE on my magicka necromancer and I'm struggling a bit. I fall between the 10k-25k range (weird I know, but I die sometimes and have to heavy attack to restore mana or shield to stay alive), my sets is at the moment:

Purple willpower jewelry, with spell damage glyph on all, 2 arcane 1 healthy.
Julianos 5/5: All gold apart from 2nd bar staff (purple), gold magicka glyphs, infused.
Magnus 4/4: All purple with purple glyphs Divines (The mage mundus stone).

I have Zaan but I don't like the 8m thing and the cooldown, feel like it will lead to a lot of deaths. I want to get false gods devotion 5/5 and mothers sorrow in the end, but I want to know if Slimecraw minor berserker (8%) stacks with false god's devotion minor slayer (5%).

Yes, they are two different buffs and therefor "stack". So combined they increase your damage by 13%.

All different buffs/debuffs stack.

E.g. minor slayer, minor beserk, minor force, major force will all stack.

It's just same buffs/debuffs that dont so minor slayer wont stack with another minor slayer.

They DO stack but the problem lies elsewhere;

While you can only have Slayer from trial sets (like False God) you are most likely already having Minor Berserkr 100% time on you if you go with a team and an healer.

Combat Prayer, the main healing skill used by healers, also grants the Minor Berserker buff.

When you go alone Slimecraw is OP (portals in VSS/VCR or Maelstrom Arena) but in all other circumstances is a "wasted" set since you would have this on you anyway (unless you going 1 tank+3DD).

If you rly don't like Zaan due to poor range and cooldown to DPS try Valkyn Skoria.

Another great set can be Ilambris especially if you cast both Flame and Shock spells (MagSorc with Flame Staff) since you can benefit double procs.

TL;DR:

Slimecraw is BiS if there's no healer around for any reason while is wasted if there's at least 1 healer in the group.
You should definely have this set for whenever you go alone but swap this out when healers in party.

If you struggle to get 20K DPS at almost 700 CP, gear is the least of your problems. But yea, nerf those vet dungeons ...

Are damage buffs additive or do they multiple? I'm asking because in another MMO I played there was a way to over buff players to the point where we could get over 200% increase in our damage. One of my skills in that game allowed me to hit for well over 100M in damage when used at the right time.
