- Falkreath will be absent because we already have falkreath hold (as a dungeon)
- Castle Volkihar/Soltsheim will be absent because they were part of DLCs for previous titles and as far as I remember we haven't had any dlc content from previous games in ESO.
We also might not get Winterhold or Dawnstar, because of how the map is right now, particulary because how Eastmarch is. (there seems to be no room for them thanks to layout of the map in ESO) On the other hand, the Reach and Haafingar seems quite probable for me. We already have had reachmen doing their things in ESO and we've had hints towards Solitude.0 -

I hope none. I've always hated it how Sunhold and Orcrest in the last 2 chapters were turned into a Public Dungeon, especially Sunhold since the South-SE portion of Summerset feels rather empty.
And with Falkreath already turned into a Group Dungeon... it would suck

I think they'll also reshape the in-game Tamriel map since they messed it up.0 -
