I expect it uses them to tailor the results, not to try to divine your social security number:

Gender for gender specific pronouns.

Father's cultural roots maybe to change some of the names to more culturally appropriate ones like sensai or rishi.

Age to distinguish between boomers and milenials, e.g. Paragon or Farseer for boomers, l733t or bro for millennial.
