had to abandon dragonhold intr quest and can't retake it now.

Pretty self explanatory. I was doing this quest a few days ago. I was at the part where I have to go to a dragon's lair. and I got dc'ed. when I logged back in i was outside the dungeon with no way on how to get there again. (the quest map marked the small carts to travel from one one to another, from grathwood to rimmen, and when i was in rimmen they marked other vehicles back to grahtwood.)
so I was adviced to drop the quest and redo it. I did so but now i can't retake it. no item in the crownstore (it's greyed out) and the npc that talked to me in the inn in glenumbra isn't there anymore either.
anyone has any idea on how I could do it?

This says where the npc will be in each alliance.
