DustyWarehouse✭✭✭Got this yesterday. I was in a group of two, myself and a friend. She got the ready check and accepted, as had the other two players. I never got a prompt - nothing in my notifications either. Still looked as if I was queued. After a few minutes of paralysis I tried changing zones, at which time it registered as I had declined the ready check.
We re-queued, waited some time for nothing to happen at all (I wonder if some poor souls had got a ready check while we were 'queued').
We left the queue and my friend set me as group leader. I queued us and we both got an instant ready check and managed to make it to the dungeon.0
