Is this skill still worth using? I understand that if i set someone offbalance THEN heavy attack them, i knock them out? this is a big thing in pvp?

wild_kmacdb16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭It’s still good, just different. You can use the off balance to deal 10% more damage to the enemy and before it expires, a barely charged heavy attack will knock them down. You can leverage the damage boost while enemy is CC immune.0 -

Ok i see. What is a barely charged heavy attack? A heavy attack followed up by a skill asap?0 -
