Is this set good to Proc for stamblades? Also, How does it refresh? I know the more damage you receive the damage you deal but the refresh.

Freakin_Hytte✭✭✭✭✭Depend on what kind of stamblade you want to do, fury is mainly for the brawler type gameplay. If you're a gankblade or just a sneaky nightblade you won't benefit from it to be worth it.
