And leave a comment on what your experience has been so far in running your guild in ESO. Is it hard to find members, retain them? What type of guild are you running? Etc.
(Please note: the point is not to discuss the functions and tools the game provides for running the guild. The point is to discuss only the experience of running your own guild as part of the community.)

I'll have to check in game. I think in total we have 250+, but active we have about 20-30ish?

We don't kick people for inactivity (at least not until we get to 500), and we recruit people we enjoy playing with, so there's no reason to kick them if they don't log on for a while.

Our guild is sitting at 460 or so....used to be always running at 500. We kick currently at 4 months inactive. However pre guild finder it was around 2-3 months. We are a social guild dominantly. I got lucky with officers, all of whom help a lot so the work load is dispersed. If you doing this on your own it is a TON of work. Managing personalities can be the toughest task as GM, but again,...I was gifted with great officers and members. Recruiting comes mostly from direct invites when playing with others. Used to be here until guild finder introduced. We have found GF to be really detrimental to membership. We are 2.5 years old.
