We don't kick people for inactivity (at least not until we get to 500), and we recruit people we enjoy playing with, so there's no reason to kick them if they don't log on for a while.The Moot Councillor0 -
Sookmagook✭✭✭250+Our guild is sitting at 460 or so....used to be always running at 500. We kick currently at 4 months inactive. However pre guild finder it was around 2-3 months. We are a social guild dominantly. I got lucky with officers, all of whom help a lot so the work load is dispersed. If you doing this on your own it is a TON of work. Managing personalities can be the toughest task as GM, but again,...I was gifted with great officers and members. Recruiting comes mostly from direct invites when playing with others. Used to be here until guild finder introduced. We have found GF to be really detrimental to membership. We are 2.5 years old.PSN Sookmagook NA PS5/PC
