Can anyone guestimate when the crates are going to roll over? I have enough gems to get two lower tier mounts and I'm eager to see what the new crates have in them.

✭Should be towards the end of the month. Theme is Frost Atronach/Winter (Apex Mounts are made of Jagged Ice; there are Mistletoe and Snowball emotes, etc.).
Just keep looking for a "14 days remaining" countdown to appear on the New Moon Crates. Almost guaranteed that the timer will appear on a Thursday, around 10 AM Eastern Time (So about 30 Minutes from this post would be the first opportunity)
Could be December 19 or December 26 for the start date.

Indeed! Seems like they want to give less of an advanced notice this go round.
So December 12 seems to be the start of the Frost Atronach Crown Crate season.
Maybe it's earlier in the month so it can be available in advance of the routine December Crown sale.
