If ZOS doesn't fix this game, I'm never buying another Zenimax product. Ever.

Endgame is dead and PvP dying quickly. Cancelled sub for now, just won't do my crafting writs.
If you truly believe this, you should probably consider a signature change.

Game's been "dying" for almost 6 years.

This is the probably the single most beaten dead horse in ESO's existence.

Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

Except it's true now, if everyone says the game is struggling, things like steam charts show decline on certain platforms, PvP servers are a joke ...the only people who will not notice a problem are the quest hunters, the housing and rp crowd and the rest of the casual play crews. Any type of higher end gameplay complains and leaves.

I'll put it this way so you can understand easier. I think we can safely say that games have cycles of players, new players come in, get to end game levels and continue or leave. This is normal. The reason why this is a beating horse topic is because people get to a higher level of play and complain about gameplay decisions or boring dungeons what have you. The one reoccurring theme in the last year or longer has been server performance at end game pve and pvp performance. PvP is a shell of what it was now, if you can't see this I can't help you. And I know alot of end game pve players are suffering from bad performance now as well. This really is something that will make a game die if it is not addressed

To be honest, I'm more worried about threads where the OP starts out by saying "i quit playing earlier this year," because my immediate reaction is to wonder

(at worst) whether the OP is just sticking around the forums to stoke the fires of discontent, or

(at best) why they can't decide whether they love the game enough to keep playing it or hate the game enough to just quit the forums and wipe the bottom of their shoes of everything associated with the game.

I mean, why spend your free time on something you're unhappy with? If you want to leave it, leave it and don't look back.

Why not spend your free time on something you're happy with? Go revel in it and stop looking back.

Now, excuse me while I go back to playing ESO.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

Just because I don't play at the moment does not mean I don't have an opinion, same as you are able to have your opinion above. I come to the forums because I love TES, I love Bethesda, and I hate the direction it's turning with zenimax at the helm, I have played this game since 2014. So sorry that my opinion bothers you because I can't play the game I enjoyed for years because of performance.

Sounds like a trick question. . . Does being afraid make one excited or just afraid? But I'm not afraid. Not at all.

OP is right imho. Looks like some internal "restructuring." My guess is that some was expected and some was not. We don't know what the contract terms were for positions initially. However, some employees get other offers and decide to pursue employment with other studios and companies.

As long as ZOS is hiring, I'm not worried. The openings seem to indicate upcoming, new creative production work. What ZOS is working on is your guess as much as mine. Perhaps another ESO expansion or a mobile version of TES like Diablo Immortal.

    This might help you understand

Understand what? How it's a buisness that needs to make money? Duhhhhhh no one is doubting corporate greed.

That they run more then one project at an time eso, eso blades, fullout 3/ 4/ 76 , starfield, eso6, skyrim creation Club, tho it overloads them and makes them understaffed they have to no matter what work on more projects to keep investors HAPPY even when understaffed
They might see that its problematic and what to fix some of it by added more teams to work on things BETTER so having job apps is an good thing hopefully it will HELP THEM FIX THEIR ISSUES

There ya go, took alot to get that out of you, I agree, I hope this is a good thing and it helps fix problems.

You asked 1 question you got the answer how was that hard ? Oh the video? Well that leaves it open for other opinions to be drawn on why the games so bad under zos control but i wont go into my opinion of this as i dont want an ban again for speaking my mind

    At this point I'm indifferent.
I'm barely hanging in with ESO due to the state of the game and only remain because it is ES and because of friends I have made. I lost hope that many of the problems would be fixed many patches, and promises, ago.
I've never played a game with so much unrealized potential, but am saddened by the history of this games performance.
I can't 100% say I would never play another game made by ZOS, but there's 0% chance I would ever pre-purchase, or purchase, at launch.
    Fool me once...
