Why does my vigor only tick for 1k in PvP when the tooltip says 18k?

Shouldn't it be a lot more? Lately i just dont know what the hell is even happening, I can't heal any damage whatsoever. Takes 3-4 casts of vigor to even get from low HP to max... I mean, the hell?

I mean, I thought maybe my character got bugged or something. Cause that's really odd. I did switch from a much more powerful build but still. 18k Halved is still 9k, not 4.5k.

Did you have any debuffs on you? Also you are talking about the resolving vigor morph correct?

18k tooltip > 9k after battlespirit > 6k after defile > 1.2k ticks. Seems about right.

Had no defile on me at the time, that's why I'm so confused.

You need more crit as well for more chance for vigor to crit. Also, idk why your vigor is 1k

I do have high crit, but still... seems kinda odd that it's so low. Feels like I can't really engage in combat much. Might just go back to my original build that had it tick for 3-4k.
