Was Soul Harvest Supposed to have Additional Functionality when Cast With 120 Ulti?

Have you ever noticed when you activate SH with more than 120 ulti you do the whole spin animation like Incap when you cast it with enough ulti to activate the stun? It's odd. The ability doesn't add anything extra when it's used with more ulti so why have the change in animation? Makes me wonder if ZOS intended for it to have an added effect like Incap when used at 120, or higher.

    Originally it dealt more damage based on the amount of ultimate you had when you used it (thus the cool animation). They later removed that and just made it stun and give bonus damage against the target, no matter how much ult you spent. ZoS was however too lazy to remove the cool animations.
    After enough QQing here in the forums, ZoS nerfed it to stun only if you had 120 or more ultimate (and the cool animation had some use again! HOORAY!) and later nerfed it more to only silence the target instead of stunning them. Pity really, since the stun was useful in certain places in PvE (eg. disrupting stoneshapers channeling their rock throw) but now there is no point of saving any ult as it is a DPS loss.
