Why the hell is there only ONE battlemaster NPC in ENTIRE WORLD and it's located in Morrowind... ?
How about doing something nice and putting battlemaster npc in each faction capital, at the very least?
Pls tell me I'm wrong, but after I left morrowind and went to progress in story quests, my pvp quest marker still shows morrowind npc as one to go back to ?!
