Can't Link Account Support Says No Account with my Email Exists

I use the same email for this website and my PSN and yet they're telling me no account with that email exists?????
They just keep telling me no account exists but it clearly does.
Even when I go to account and try to change my email it even says my email is in use. What is wrong with this system??
