We are on xbox europe megaserver. Me and two other friends can join each other but our friend that joined last week cant...

Any ideas what the problem can be? He is in the same server as us. We can chat with him through party in Xbox live. When we want to join him it says the game is unable to let us join.

We also tried to see if his live account was on offline but it isnt. He does share is account with a relative.

We thought he had to be level 10 or something to join us. But we made a new char on another account who could join us instantly... so that isnt the problem right?

Hope you guys can help us. We want to speed level him and clear some content together
