✭✭✭✭✭everyone was expecting more skins for combat pets to come out, but it never happend...im not sure it will at this point...could also imagine it might have a negative performance impact on the server if you have a lot of different skins?4 -

Or a kagouti. I'd finally go ahead, create and keep a Dunmer Warden alt without feeling like my already wavering immersion is completely and hopelessly crumbling whenever I play it.1 -

Skins wouldn't affect performance, they're just a new texture. It wouldn't (or atleast shouldn't) change the polycount from the mesh itself, therefore no impact on anything performance related. The reason everybody having pets out lags the game is the game trying to draw the meshes. to be honest it would make sense if a warden/sorc could kinda have more kind of pets. i mean. basicly the warden is a beastmaster. sort of. sorc halfly too.
they could change this if they would add the spellcrafting.

✭✭✭✭This is something I would really love. I hate that my warden Wyress from Glenumbra is stuck with combat pets that don't quite fit. I'd much prefer a wolf to the bear, and a falcon to the cliffracer and something, not sure what, for the netch. Skins will not impact the server, they are just textures.1 -

...I loved the idea of racial pets.
Example:
Orc's = welwa or enchata
Argonian's = wamasu or tasmota
Khajiit = Snow leopard or tiger
Well you get the idea, depending on the race you play depends on the pet you get.

✭✭✭✭✭I've never understood why they don't offer more skins for the warden's bear, and ones for sorcerer pets. Like a lot of people when Morrowind was released with the grey bear as a collectors item and the new collectables tab for it I assumed there would be more skins coming, but some reason that never happened.

eklhaftb16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭Let's not stop at combat pets. Why not have total skill reskins? It could be sold one set at a time.
For example:
"Fire Mage skillset" - all the lighting is replaced by fiery effects, with fire atronach instead of stormy one.
"Desert Warden skillset" - a hawk instead of a pterodactyl; dune ripper instead of shalks; sandstorm-based skills instead of frost-themed ones.
"Spiritmancer skillset" - instead of bones, it's all ghosts and apparitions.

✭✭✭✭✭Since the rest of the pets are Morrowind themed, the bear really doesn’t fit. A Kagouti would have been perfect!
I’d be all for having a variety of summons to choose from for both warden and sorcerer. I am overall happiest with warden as I like all but the bear. It is the opposite for sorcerer because the storm Atronach is the only one I’ll use because this is an MMORPG and as far as I can see, only characters working for some Daedric prince summon Daedra.1 -
