I really think they should have never tried to replicate any given era of earth-centric armor from the get-go. It's just annoying. I want my people to look good while adventuring. The armor in this game makes that a real issue. (Nope, I'm not advocating the stuff Tera labels armor....)

There really aren't.

Yes and no. It's true they are part of the existing (chest) model, but they are distinctly separate within the chest model. We know this because tassets all have their own animation. It is a bit of apples vs oranges, but not horribly difficult. Automation could be used to flag those parts within existing chest models, and opt to render them with alpha 0 (invisible). Of course, your game client needs to do this separately for each and every player character visible on screen, but it already does similar work (in a different way as you pointed out) with all the existing character appearance parameters.Kiralyn2000 wrote: »...Unfortunately "Hide Tassets" wouldn't be as trivial as the others, since they're just part of a larger piece (Chest). They'd have to rebuild/redefine the Chest models to select which parts would be hidden. Unlike Helmet/Shoulders/etc, which are a full Motif part.
