ZOS Support Appreciation thread (refunded me crowns and got a Radiant Apex!)

I bought some packs the other day and only one a wolf apex from it, I mean thats cool and all but I spent like $100 in Xbox credit and was hoping for something better. Anyway to the point, I noticed the 15 New Moon packs were on sale today for 3500 crowns so I contacted support and asked if they could refund me the difference and they did in 6000 crowns. I bought some new packs and got a Sanguivorian Howler from the first few packs. All the years on PS4 Pro and I landed ZERO Apex. Makes switching to XB1X feel worth it. Anyone else with good luck stories?

✭✭✭✭✭Sadly, I haven't had any such luck. Partly because I've never bought any clowns. I started playing when ESO launched and ZOS stated it was committed to a subscription model. The monetization that came after One Tamriel has made the game far worse in general and I have nothing good to say about it.2 -
SRTtoZ✭✭✭A game like ESO or Overwatch, if I enjoy the game enough I have no problem shelling out a few bucks for some cool looking mounts if they help support the game. One thing I can say is they put out content at a good rate compared to something like SWTOR.1

There's this little thing called RNG. I have never bought a single crown crate, but all the free ones I had, never had anything even remotely good in them - only potions, poisons and other gem fodder. But in those last two New Moon Crates, I got the New Moon Bear and two pets. Granted, it's "just" an Apex instead of a Radiant Apex Mount, but still, pretty nice for two free crates. On PS4, I should add.
Still, good of them to refund you that crown difference, that's really decent.

SRTtoZ✭✭✭No I know. I never spend big money on these, usually just the ones I get with ESO+. I just felt like I wanted a few cool toys for switching to Xbox. I had all these cool pets/mounts accrued over the years on Playstation and it sort of sucked running around with a basic horse.0
