does eso Elswyer expansion come with 30day eso plus membership?

✭The expansion does not as with other expansions it's a separate purchase. However Souther Elsweyr the DLC zone is included with ESO plus.
Now down the road, once they get closer to their next expansion they usually will include the old expansions in the base game for ESO+ members.0 -
