Housing Add-On Issue With Crown Store Preview

Since I don't see it being complained about anywhere, I'm going to assume I might have a setting that is causing me a problem with one of the housing add-ons. When I go into the furnishing crown store from my house I can buy and gift the items, but I cannot preview them now? If anyone has any experience with this I'd appreciate any advice on how to hopefully fix this problem, thank you!
The three add-ons that could potentially be the culprit: Essential Housing Tools, FurnitureCatalogue, Item Preview. (Maybe Deco Track but seems unlikely.)

kiksadi✭✭Update: I can see items in the Crown Store that have toggleable effects like lighting if I switch them from inactive to active, but can't preview anything else still.
Update #2: My boyfriend can preview anything in his home, but he doesn't have the housing add-ons that I do.Edited by kiksadi on November 26, 2019 6:53AM0 -
kiksadi✭✭Update #3: Turning off Item Preview lets me see them in the Crown Store again. Any idea if there's a way to fix it?0
