How do I get Dragon Bone Motif now?

I know this style was free with the Elsweyr Collector’s edition, but is the Collector’s Edition still available? I have Elsweyr, but apparently not the CE and now it seems like it’s not available as an upgrade like Morrowind and Summerset still are. Anybody know if there’s a way to still get it? Thanks!

The Elsweyr Collector's Edition is still available as a direct purchase though I'm not sure whether you can buy the upgrade when you already own Elsweyr. Apart from that you would have to wait till next year when they add an Elsweyr collector's pack to the in-game crown store as they have with Morrowind and Summerset.

The Elsweyr Collector’s Edition Upgrade is still in the ESO Store, @KristintheKat58.

If you already purchased the Elsweyr Standard Upgrade, you can try your luck with an Online Support ticket ... and see if ZOS can charge you the difference between the Standard Upgrade and Collector’s Upgrade.

There is no other way to obtain the Dragonbone style in-game ... it’s tied to the chapter Collector’s Edition.

Are you looking at a crafting station? The first two are outfit styles, not crafting styles. And while Morag Tong can be crafted, it unlocks as an outfit style at first. You would have to gather motif pages and learn them to craft it.
