Flurry without maelstrom, any good?

I see that Flurry is recommended in some builds, but mostly with maelstrom weapons which I don't have. So I was wondering if Flurry is a good skill to use, without the weapons. I read that Flurry was bugged (?) and weak, but that was long ago so it might have changed.
I currently use shrouded daggers as spammable on my stamsorc, but I've been considering changing it. PVE btw

✭✭✭✭✭For PvE stamsorc, you should be using Flurry anyways if DW/Bow. Otherwise drop DW and use 2HEdited by susmitds on November 23, 2019 1:18PM0
