There are a couple of skills in the game, such as Mage Light, Temporal Guard, Meteor / Fighter Guild ulti that provide passive benefits but are never used.
I have a pretty average ping and sometimes weapon swapping is delayed, sometimes I'd swap bar to use the Ulti I want but inadvertently trigger the front bar ulti which was only there for the passive benefit.
Is there a way to render a skill on the bar inert? Make it impossible to activate? Either a setting or an addon?

✭Not possible, AFAIK.
The best that addons can do is cancel the casts of abilities which have a cast time by invoking CancelCast().
So it could work for most of the ultis (those that have a cast time - thanks ZOS!), but not on instant cast abilities like Inner Light.Edited by Major_Lag on November 23, 2019 12:00PM0 -
