What is offered this week?
The Golden vendor is a special vendor located in one of base camps for each faction in Cyrodiil that only appears on the weekend to sell monster sets that are obtained in the various group dungeons around Tamriel.

Necklace of the Undaunted Infiltrator – Arcane 250,000g / 500,000AP
Embershield Necklace – Healthy 250,000g / 500,000AP
Witchman’s Necklace – Robust 150,000g / 300,000AP*
Thunderbug’s Necklace – Healthy 150,000g / 300,000AP*
Shadowrend’s Helm – Infused / Impenetrable (Light, Medium, Heavy) 100,000g / 200,000AP
Ilambris’s Helm– Infused / Impenetrable (Light, Medium, Heavy) 100,000g / 200,000AP

*Tradeable

Items purchased with Alliance points are impenetrable.

Sets are mid to low tier, some look like fun but not worth golden vendor prices really.
At least it’s helms and not shoulders. Even if those two helms are in reasonable dungeons, they still might be too hard for somebody.

I've logged out now, but pretty sure ' Necklace of the Undaunted Infiltrator' is Robust and not Arcane

It should be dropping in Robust, though anyone picking it up will be transmuting it to Arcane.

Unless, ZOS specifically tweaked the Golden drop, which seems unlikely.
