Dungeon Explorer Outfit Unable to put on

Dear ESO team,
This is an inform that my newly purchased Dungeon Explorer outfit is not able to be put on. Other outfits works fine.
I tried to logon and off and took off gears / weapons and stuff. Nothing works so far
Please fix the bug, thank you for time and consideration.

✭✭✭✭✭Yes, And if you look at the forums using the "Recent" tab you will see threads Zos has pinned like the one Varanis linked. I add this because I realize not everyone does that.1
