DOT nerf a little overboard?

I just came back to the game from a few months ago. Can't they find a line where they can make skills usable. Not just OP or nerfed into uselessness. They cut like ever decent DoT spell or Poison in half. That was overboard.

✭✭✭✭Dots got zossed. Interesting in a game that's 5 years old we're still getting buffs/nerfs in the +/- 50% range. Either they are clueless, or it's a deliberate tactic to keep people chasing the meta. Either way, it's backfiring. It's too much, too frequently.5 -

That's not the real thrust of the OPs complaint (nor of my discontent), it's that a skill is either a) useless, or b) amazing, and there seems to be very little middle ground.6 -

Do what? People already run active damage skills. Everyone has the same skills its not like someone has and advantage. Its part of building a rotation to have DOTS.

Yes now they "need" to run other stuff because X got nerfed into uselessness. Dots have so many counters as it is.Edited by Dr_Ganknstein on November 23, 2019 1:13PM1
