Stamina Return skills, any out there?

Been looking at some skills on different sites seeing if there are any, I know Destruction Staff and Restoration Staff have amazing magicka returns, but are there any good stamina returns?

Opioid✭✭✭There's also the Battle Rush passive in the 2H weapon tree that increases stamina regen by 25/50% for 6 seconds after killing an enemy.0 -
Xiroku✭✭✭Not what I mean by a stamina return. I'm talking about a skill that directly gives you stamina. There are quite a few skills/attacks that directly give you magicka, yet barely any for stamina, or none at all.
While on that subject tho, there are too many skills that increase stamina regen. Due to overcharge, they kinda become useless in my eyes, we need some that give us stamina. Like the 2h skill lines final passive, it could have been just like the destruction staff's final passive, but instead it gives a % to your stamina regen.
Also would like to see skill lines who's whole purpose is to improve stamina/magicka performance, IE: regen amount, cost reductions, etc. Make armor skill lines more focused on damage mitigation, or damage dealt.

cazlonb16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭The Whirling Blades morph of dual wield skill 2 Whirlwind is an all around excellent attack. AoE execute and gives back some stamina.
In a build with already decent stamina regen and/or drains you can basically spam it and once the mobs drop below 50% health the execute multiplier will start to kick in and damage climbs up to insane levels.

And finding high level materials for medium armour is such a pain, killed so many level 30+ monsters, creatures and animals and so few dropped.
Cotton and Orichalcum was pretty much easier to collect....
