Players using exploit to become not targetable and make character model disappear

Ive seen several players from the same groups in the same faction use this exploit to make their character model not visible which makes themselves not able to targeted or interrupted and use this exploit to res downed players and ride across Cyrodiil mounted without being able to be damaged, this glitch is beyond frustrating and makes it impossible to stop the res without being an AOE damage based build. Will we have to wait the entirety of this patch for this to be fixed?
