You forego adding any PvP/PvE content with Dragonhold in lieu of Performance Fixes. Where are they?

Seriously, I was told that because I am not getting a revamped BG structure, a new mini trial/trial, or a new arena, that I would be getting 1. Performance Fixes
2. Dungeon Finder fixes/improvements
3. Battleground finder fixes/improvements
Since the update has released on PS4, with my limited time played (because of the lack of aforementioned), my client has crashed probably 25+ times, I have gotten stuck in infinite load screens 90% of the time when traveling into a BG, and not been able to participate in the Undaunted Event because of the lack of stability for Group Finder. Seriously. We gave up ENGAGING CONTENT for the next four months only to get lied to about performance improvements and BG/dungeon finder improvements. It is absolutely ridiculous.
You should feel ashamed of yourselves ZOS. Genuinely ashamed. The fact a professional company can allow such things to take place, whilst maintaining minimal to no communication with its customers, is absolutely appalling.

✭✭Here is something I am 100% behind you with. I feel duped and misled by ZOS, and I'm incredibly disappointed by this entire patch. The only thing I've enjoyed so far were the 30 seconds it took me to complete the grappling Hook achievement, and the overland artwork of the new area. There were zero performance improvements, and in fact, the game runs worse than it did before the patch. BG queueing doesn't work, dungeon queueing doesn't work, just being in Cyrodil causes multiple crashes to dashboard amid the 2978347456 load screens, targeting is a mess in trials (again) on top of the intense lag, and even vanilla overland movement causes stutters and freezes in unpopulated areas.
This is completely unacceptable and should have been ironed out by the team before release.PC/Xbox NA
