In fact, make every single event that ESO has available for the next two month. You could just go around doing events all day long. Make it triple EXP months. This won't happen though.

I happen to agree, and I am somewhat irritated that they did not do the common sense thing and roll back the servers to pre-event state to remove the proceeds those who played during the window got. I think it's massively unfair that certain people got the styles (and can sell them for a massive profit now if nothing else) and a leg up on tickets (which are time sensitive and in limited quantities) and Zenimax is doing nothing about this. I guess I am sort of overreacting, but the depths of my anger come from the sheer number of MMORPGs I have seen destroyed by this kind of thing. I remember the whole "Caturday" event in Neverwinter where an exploit in the auction house destroyed the economy, while they fixed the problem, they did not remove the proceeds people made from the exploit with a server rollback, and as a result the game's economy never really recovered, and it was destroyed from the beginning. This is not quite as extreme, but it is similar, and it galls me that Zenimax is willing to let certain people have an advantage in the game due to their errors.

See, personally I wanted the Chokethorn staff style, and I'm not going to make someone rich in order to get it, when by rights I should have been able to get it myself (and the economy for them would be based around thousands and thousands of people grinding the event). I do not think it's fair that not only are certain people able to jumpstart their Indrik, but are allowed to have things that were supposed to be unlocked for the community based on Zenimax messing up.

At the very least anyone who bought the berry should find that berry deleted as it was not legally obtained due to the removal of the event.

I spent a little over an hour and a lot of work soloing a dungeon, thinking that the event was still going on only to find out it was cancelled after I didn't get the tickets or the drops and asked other players in one of my guilds about it. I agree that it is unfair that just because I was at work during the entire window that the event was going on, others got tickets etc. and I got nothing.

They probably turned off the Impresario right as, or after, you got there, and the sudden incongruity between the Impresario having been loaded and displayed on your client but then suddenly no longer there on the server side is probably what caused you to get disconnected.

Yup was saving tickets so I bought Engine guardian staff, Illambris bow, then did a dungeon and got bloodspawn mace and 3 tickets and got illambris battleaxe.

Still im sure it will come back

Ummm, from the other side; I went through and solo'ed a dungeon (and I suck at that kind of thing -- which is precisely why I won't force three other people to carry me) and spent over an hour getting my tickets and style page. It's not my fault the servers tanked. Why should my work be voided? You can't fix unfairness with more unfairness.

I read the page, so I can't sell it. Frankly, the people paying gazillions of gold for those are being chumps. They'll be available later -- someone didn't spend hours skinning the things for them to sit unused in the server files.

All I managed to do yesterday was to run my dailies just before the event began - then, after a total of 45+ minutes of loadscreens, I somehow miraculously managed to load into nFG1 and solo it without any issues, not even severe lag.
Even got a style page drop out of this, on the 1st (and only) attempt.

Then I tried porting OUT of the dungeon... BIG mistake. Infinite loadscreens, ahoy!
ALT+F4, and that was the end of my playing time for the day.

Um, if ZOS didn't rollback the servers for the PC/EU multibidding fiasco that dumped a ton of glitched gold into the economy and resulted in a week of cleanup for ZOS, you can bet they won't rollback the servers for people playing an event as intended.

You'll still be able to get the berry in future events, and I'm sure ZOS will figure out how they want to handle the event tickets and other rewards we should have gotten from the event.

This morning I solo'd Vaults of Madness and got my 3 tickets, an opal page, and bought the second berry. I could have done more before the event was yanked but didn't feel like it.
