Still no update or any type of state of the game by this team and I am absolutely baffled by this. After weeks of the same issues persisting how do we not have any word from the team to at least acknowledge the issues persist and they are working to fix? At this point I wonder what we will see first a crown store sale or a message from management. My money (that I will no longer spend on crowns) is on the former. Such a sad state this game has become. Are there any signs left that this game isn’t a cash grab?

Seems it is time to say goodbye. Meanwhile, I'm looking forward to crowns sale, need a lot of fancy things from crown store. A message from management? No, I don't need any. Only if it something about a new chapter.

Such a sad state of the game? This seems to be another one of those threads that proves some people have massive game breaking issues that the majority don’t suffer.
Yes, there are issues, but I can’t help but feel some of it is being overstated. They’re fixing it, the programmers are working on it, but they can’t be split between everything and people to expect the result to be any good.

Put simply, clearly the group finder was put to the side and no one can expect it to be fixed until the greater server issues have been improved. You can’t expect changing the wheels of a car to fix the issue when the engine isn’t working.

Personally I wouldn’t mind a crown sale even if it was framed as some kind of apology. It isn’t the programmers doing that side after all.

I'm one of the first to bang on about poor communications but they acknowledged the state of the game, they then told us their improvement plan and have provided monthly updates for August, September and October.

This is better than they've managed in the past and given the nature of what is being communicated I'm reasonably satisfied with it at the level it is, I only hope they don't let it slip.

Any more and you are really looking at access to their internal bug tracking system and going "are we there yet?" when the turn around is months of work, not days.

the game does break for some people and not others from time to time and there are several ways that the devs do make announcements and they do talk here on the forums, and on twitch, and on facebook, and on the loader and in pm's and address specific concerns in all of them so what in the world are you talking about.

They are constantly working on game fixes and these squeaky wheel posts in the forums serve no one especially when they are so vague as this one if you encounter a bug please make a bug report that's how programs get fixed and demanding a status report for every single issue reported by every player is ridiculous. Do you want them to address the problems or wait on you and you alone hand and foot?

an update just came out a few weeks back and i will admit that after an update there does seem to be a whole lot of issues that mostly go away after a while that wouldn't happen unless people were reporting the problems and they were fixing it.
