Can't get Amaffi Tapestry pieces [RESOLVED]

Seems after I completed the main quest I can no longer access the area that I need to get the final tapestry piece. And grouping with someone is NOT an option.

aquiella✭✭✭Nevermind. The huge amount of oceanic lag resulted in me not getting the interaction icon. I can now go inside. The lag has gotten REALLY bad.2

I finally found everything. I was just experience major delay with interacting with the gate. It actually was frustrating cuz I could interact, so just left the area. We moved overseas for a tour, so our location is further from the NA servers. The recent update has been causing more lag spikes in my game and dcing, so it is frustrating.
I managed to complete the achievement last night!
