Been watching streamers freak about abilities not firing and I'll admit it's never been that bad.

I'll press a heal for 3 secs in BGs and it just won't pop so I'll die.

And the problems are more than just that and very frequent.

I think they're not aware that they broke something when they "fixed" some issues with the game.
