I for one, find myself coming back cause of the time and money already spend. Sadly the gameplay itself lost it’s appeal.

Very happy

I could be happier. A lot of outfit styles clip, dont dye well, and those freakin crotch flaps. Theres also some very minor but noticeable bugs with story NPCs that diminish the experience. And the stuttering trying to render newer adventure zones.

But really i feel bad for not having the supposed awful experience you all on PC are. Maybe you should switch to Console for the time being until this all sorts out.

If they would stop with the sweeping meta changes, performance is terrible and forcing ppl to buy race change tokens to stay competitive endgame.
The game itself is amazing and better than all the rest. If they would've made a Legendary setting ( upgrade health and damage output of adds like veteran setting) instead of nerf's it would've been better than it is now.

There is a lot of things that are great about eso. The graphics are nice and the questing is interesting.

However the glaring “how did this go live” technical issues is a real problem. Coupled with a combat team that not only appears unconcerned with pve, but are actively watering down distinctive abilities.

I am taking a “vacation” from the game to clear my head. But I feel Zos really needs to get their act together.

Very happy

Really really happy. Love the game, have no issues with it. Only time I've ever not been able to login (after leaving steam a couple of weeks after I started playing) was on PC-EU last weekend. No biggie for me, PC-NA is "home" server anyway.

Happy but would like to see gameplay changes

Despite all the problems with the EU server, I like the late additions to the Vestige's story. Though, I'd like to see a clear plan on gameplay changes from the team, without such dreadful experiments on the playerbase.

Also, devs need to upgrade the original content of the game, both visually and story-wise. And narrative, the saddest part of all TESO problems, in my opinion. This "fractured but whole" kind of approach must go away.

Finally, it eludes me, why the team don't fix some long-living bugs and flaws of the game. Like awful Cyrillic font for example, or mounted animation bugs.

Plz fix performance. I can deal with nerfs/rebalances, but I can't deal with loading screens, de-syncs, lag spikes, fps drops, login screen kicks etc

zenimax made a fun game of elderscrolls, it works good enough but needs fixes in performance. other than that it's pretty fun.

I’m happy with the game. The content side (a few boring quests aside) has always been top notch particularly the beauty of the chapters.

Performance for me has improved to the point where Friday Night Cyro ain’t as crashy as before.

The only bone I have to pick is combat. Pick a direction. Get us there. Then, PLEASE stop fiddling with combat.

Disappointed but hopefully

I'm disappointed about the crashes and lag. I chose hope but really, its just a glimmer at this point, I think ZOS will sort the recent uptick of crashes but the lag has been with us so long now, I can't see them sorting it.

Disappointed with no faith in ZoS

Not happy with the way ZoS has neglected the game over the last 5+ years with empty promises and the lack of organization and structure within their company. Whether intentional or not, it's hurt their reputation and trust with the playerbase. Being ZoS is under Bethesda and seeing the latest dumpster fires there, I can't say I'm surprised at how every year seems to get progressively worse.

Maybe ESO should get bought or sold to another company that can actually do this game justice. It's obviously too much for the small ZoS team (which is what, maybe 50'ish people). They are great people IRL but they seem way over their heads at this point. I am happy with the game itself, it's amazing but quite a shame what it could be and where it's headed if something major doesn't change.

Overall very happy. I know there have been EU server problems but I have faith eventually that it will be fixed. I have only tried to do battlegrounds twice but still not managed and would like that to work someday.

I used to have this same outlook too. I hope it will change in the future but I have very little faith in this company anymore, especially after 5+ years of major issues one after another. They will fix this and that and something else will go wrong. The game feels like it's held together with duct tape. We are all fighting for the same thing here, regardless of opinion -- we want a decent experience with a great game. The fact that we all have to sit here and constantly discuss the never-ending issues and state of this game says more than enough. The good thing is, it's easy to move onto other games without so many problems and developers that can carry the weight of their product properly. ESO is definitely a good alternative MMO to play here and there but not one that feels a wise choice to sink a lot of time and money into in any way.

Happy enough but the increasing number of bugs and inferior storytelling is making me lose faith in ZOS. That's why I'm on bare minimum for the events and basically waiting for bug fixes before I touch the dragon story arc.
I'm here for the story, so I can wait.

Right now I'm playing Dead Man's Switch in Shadowrun Returns. Not only is the story really good (murder mystery) right now, but the fact that it is single player AND they account for various ways to approach plot progress objectives means you can replay story scenes and try different things and be pleasantly surprised because they have thought through a lot of contingencies and alternative resolutions, with special advantaged outcomes for having certain skills or decisions in the past.
It's an indie project but so far way more satisfying and much cheaper too.

Well, current patch is pretty much dumpsterfire trash, on par with Morrowind patch. But I think ZOS is on the right track in a sense that they are standartising and grouping things up, adding order to ingame systems.

Clown store and servers have been on the downward spiral for quite some time.

Oof the forums are super negative, the game is like a 7/10. That is it's an enjoyable experience not perfect but I am not being frustrated or bored.

im happy, but at this point i dont care about anything but storyline, questing and exploring anymore... if i was a pvper or hardcore raider id definitely move on i think...

BG queues were claimed to be fixed and they are worse than ever.
Cyrodiil becomes unplayable after 5pm, even with less and less of a population in there.
Having to relearn classes after massive buffs and nerfs every patch is pretty annoying.

I stay because I've invested so much time, and I still love the game regardless and know the potential it has. If things worked it would be the best. A lot of people have this same pain threshold, but you can tell it's definitely gotten to a lot of players because many I know have cancelled their subscriptions.

I like the content. The performance issues, especially more recently, is not enjoyable. Not to keen on the combat changes but hopeful that once this process is complete combat will be worthy of the game we enjoy. However, I really do not have much confidence this new combat was well though out based on previous major changes this same management has made.

Well, it's better than I expected when I gave it a retry. My expectations are generally very low. And as a casual buy_from_sale2play game it's fine, even great. And AFAIK it really is the best MMO currently available except for server performance which truly stinks.

Of course one could see that as being the shiniest but stinking turd in a pile of manure...
