ESO and expansion access on different accounts

I have a question regarding ESO expansions access on different accounts.
I mainly play ESO on PC. But I also have my ps4 account linked to play with some other friends.
If I buy the Elsweyr expansion on PC, will I have access to that content (the zone and the necromancer) on my PS4 account too?

Bealindra✭✭theres is no platform transfer, pc and ps4 are 2 totaly different stuff. means they are 2 diff account in matter of speaking. so answer to your question is no. You cant share content between 2 account and also they are not in same platform.
you have to buy the dlc for both or just decide to stick with one account.1
