Witches Festival Writs, why the difference in price?

The writs don't stack, so can anyone explain why guild stores show different unit and total prices for them?

I believe that the unit price is based on how many writ vouchers are rewarded for completing said writ. Whoever posts a particular writ to a guild store lists a specific price that they want for the item, and the unit price is calculated by dividing the total price by the number of vouchers rewarded. The second and third writs from the bottom, for example, have a "total" (aka list) price of 20000 gold, with a unit price of 1000 gold each. So those writs reward 20 vouchers since 20*1000=20000. It's the same for all of these, but the math is obviously simplest with nice numbers.

Unit means one writ voucher. These master writs give 20 vouchers.

Ah, that makes sense. I was thinking of it as buying writs, rather than writ vouchers, so the prices didn't make any sense, but now you've pointed it out that seems obvious.

I just did a little FYI post in zone about linking each writ - and not just saying you have them for sale - so that players can pick ones they have recipes / crafting skill to complete (ie. I have the gold festival recipes learned, but am still unable to craft).

It has also been stated that you will still be able to tick the achievement for these writs, even after the Witches Festival is over.

It works the same way with the New Life writs - you can earn the related achivement outside of the event as long as you have/complete the writs.
