I believe the main reason why players are tankier this patch is due to the increased self-healing and the loss of a universal major defile, as well as the nerfs to most dots. We used to have it on reverb bash, but now that it's gone players find it harder to kill builds with a lot of self heals. I don't think healing needs to be nerfed, but there needs to be a source of universal defile.
