On Xbox and Ps4 I cannot switch between my EU and NA Accounts Help

I play on every platform and server. On Ps4 I have two NA accounts and Two EU accounts, Same With XB.
When I log in it won't allow me to switch servers or even choose. I can't access my main accounts and I cannot log onto the accounts I want.
It is at the screen where you can choose your server, it does not work right.

This is insane. Accounts since the beginning of the game with thousands into them and we can't play. This should he an emergency fix.

✭Had the same problem this morning trying to upgrade horse on my EU account. When you try to toggle servers, you can see Europe flash for a split second, then it still reads North America. I eventually clicked it anyway, and it went to EU... but had the same problem going back. Had to just keep trying regardless of what it said - and it eventually took me to the desired server... but I had never seen this until the latest patch.

It doesn't switch for me, smh. How can this not be an emergency hot fix.

I agree. For things like this there should definitely be more communication going on, letting us know they are fixing it.0 -

✭K - so I noticed that regardless of what the toggle says - the text info for server / patch / etc. on the right displays the correct server name. But once you have toggled it once, it won’t revert, so you just have to back out to splash page, then re-enter game, and then you should be able to toggle the correct server.
Convoluted, but works for me. Good luck!

Tried it. It is certainly not working for me. I really cannot believe Zos is not giving us a more definitive answer on this since they know it is broke.
Logging into to your accounts is a major issue, not a "we are looking into it." situation. Please let us know when we can expected a fix, thnx.

✭✭For me as i see i cant swotch server but actually i can the na server juts show as an eu server for some reason but the notice on the side does say welcome to the ps4 north american megaserver0 -

The selector is stuck on Europe for me but I can see which server I'll be connecting to by the info text on the right hand side.
What I notice is whenever I return to the select screen it always starts on Europe but if I try to switch it goes to NA and then I can't switch back to EU. To get EU I have to cancel the screen and then start over.EU PS41
