Is there an Addon to display (in big txt) which weapon bar is selected

In a battle esp as a stamsorc you cant tell what bar you are on in cyrodil, looking at the bottom of the screen can be a killer literally esp when someone has a dizzy swing lined up on you - Is there an addon that can display which bar is selected and displayed when in combat and be movable on the screen
